Recycled plastics have a better carbon footprint than cardboard. However, petroleum is needed to produce plastics.
Plastics can be recycled easily and often, which is a great advantage. That is why we only use recycled plastics for our products.
These are obtained from residues of the plastics processing industry (pre-consumer waste) and households (post-consumer waste).
After coarse sorting, the old plastics are mechanically shredded, washed and separated by type. The plastic flakes are then dried, melted and processed into a new granulate that is suitable for the manufacture of new products, such as our case bodies. In this way, we save fossil raw materials such as petroleum.
