MFP, also called fibre cast or fibre pulp, is a very eco-friendly material made from waste paper, renewable fibres such as hay, straw, hemp or similar cellulose material. The material can be 100 % recycled, is 100 % recyclable or 100 % compostable.
A characteristic feature of the material is its versatility. The material itself has a high shock absorption capacity. By adding various environmentally friendly substances, the properties of the basic material can be strengthened or changed. Nevertheless, these moulded fibre parts are biodegradable or directly compostable, but the most effective way is direct reuse via a „green cycle system“ to shred the packaging after use and use this material for the production of new moulded fibre parts.
Beyond the protective function, the fibre casting in our 3D packaging also enables a new, modern design with high recognition value.
The advantages at a glance:
100% plastic free
100% Compostable
100% Recyclable in waste paper
100% renewable raw materials

Probably the best known use of this versatile material is the egg carton.
