The watch manufacturer was founded in 1912 in Grenchen, Switzerland, by Walter Vogt and developed into a well-known name in the following years. In 1926, for example, Fortis produced the first self-winding wristwatch in series production.
After the family business passed to Walter Vogt’s sons in 1962, Fortis developed the „Spacematik Automatik“ space watch, which was designed to easily withstand extreme conditions and temperature fluctuations. In 1994, Fortis succeeded for the first time in producing a watch that was used in a mission in open space. In the meantime, Fortis has a new owner and has a wide range of watches of different kinds.

For the product shown here, a case was developed that not only matches the product optically, but also saves space. The customer’s wish was to make the product compact and still have enough space for all components. For this purpose, a compartment was placed in the lid, which offers enough space for the warranty card and the description. The remaining accessories are well stored under the watch insert.
The lid of the case is distinguished by its overlay paper with a great structure and white logo print. If you open the case by pulling off the lid, you get to the valuable contents.

Since a watch is not just a timepiece, but much more a work of art, it is safely stored inside our case. For this purpose, there is a removable insert and a watch clasp, each covered with velour. The insert is finished with a crown as a metal insert in silver.
The project to realise an innovative, compact packaging, which nevertheless offers enough space for the necessary documents and accessories, was a complete success. Especially the target-oriented cooperation and the short decision-making processes have characterised this cooperation.
